a reality with the latest advances in Bodymaker technology from
CarnaudMetalbox Engineering.
Existing 5000 Bodymaker customers can now take
full advantage of our latest 5000Bodymaker technology by fitting
our rotary cupfeed upgrade package.
The rotary cup feed was developed on a test rig
with the aid of a high-speed camera. Cups were fed at 700cpm without
damage, and following production trials on a 5000 machine running
at 400cpm, incidences of misfed cups was halved compared with existing
5000 Bodymakers.
