the facility to have your Belvac trimmers refurbished, all parts
used being sourced from the original machine manufacturer and
built to their specifications and standards.

Rebuilding the trimmers also facilitates
the inclusion of any improvements and upgrades from the manufacturers
standards at the time of original build. These have included improved
guard packages and revised discharge guide layouts

As can be seen from the photo's
to the left and below the rebuild includes a complete strip down,
clean, inspection and re-paint. |

As part of the refurbishment package
is the replacement of all bearings, seals, 'O' rings and gaskets
as well as overhaul parts. Any worn or damaged parts that are found
during inspection are also replaced. |

The opportunity is also available
for any improvements to be implemented which can include the replacement
of the micro switches for the belt break, infeed jam and discharge
jam with sensors to provide better detection and common stock holding
across machines. |

Conversions from the R or L style
fixed can height machine to the RML style multi can height machine
can also be carried out. This involves the machine base and the
main shaft of the machine of the machine being changed for larger
versions to accomodate this increase in flexibility |
